Balance team

Reading the patch notes I realised that I know a few things about the balance team that will help you deal with the tears and sadness.
I really don't want to mock anyone. I am a victim too. Anyway... Back to the balance team. Meet Dexter.  Dexter is careful. Dexter made a lot of small changes in the right direction. You know Dexter from the following patchnotes: " And there is Dee Dee...  Dee Dee likes fire.  So she buffed things a bit: " She also likes icecream. " She likes some drama so: " The team had a lot of internal discussion:  But Dee Dee pushed the release button anyway and managed to get away from Dexter.  That's how it all happend.
